If I need something in the evening, who should I contact?
Until 11:00pm you can contact the owner. After this time the client must wait until the next day, around 8am/8:30am.

Where and when do I get the keys?
The keys are delivered by the owner at the time of check-in and after payment of the balance.

In case of late arrive in the evening there will be someone in the apartment to welcome me?
The time limit for check-in is 11:30pm. The customer who received a booking confirmation will be always expected. In case of delay we ask you to communicate it with time. For arrivals after the 12:00am there will be a charge of € 20 for check-in.

Do I have to communicate the Arrival Time?
To ensure a better service, we always ask our clients to communicate their arrival time, together with the data of the flight if you come by plane. In this way we will be able to monitor online any delay. The notification of the arrival time will be always reminded via email a few days before the arrival.

How do I know that my booking is confirmed?
Your booking can only be confirmed once your bank transfer has been processed and reflected on our account. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
